SD Europe can confirm that Ulises Illan Frutos has resigned from the board with immediate effect.
Ulises wrote to SD Europe Chair Sofia Bohlin tendering his resignation owing to work constraints.
The SD Europe board now consists of Sofia Bohlin (Chair), Lasse Bauer & Daphne Goldschmidt following the resignation of Diego Riva in March 2022.
SD Europe would like to place on record its gratitude to Ulises and look forward to working with him as a member of the network in the future.
