On 22/23 May the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), in association with Lega Serie A and Lega Serie B, held the latest edition of its Stadium Management seminar programme, which is dedicated to training methods for the development, management and organisation of the football stadiums.
The main topic of the seminar this time was the role and importance of the supporter liaison officer (SLO). Representatives of the FIGC, Serie A and Serie B had the chance to hear presentations by and engage in dialogue with UEFA SLO project coordinator and SD Europe consultant Stuart Dykes as well as SLOs of three different European clubs – Djurgardens IF (Sweden), Eintracht Frankfurt (Germany) and FC Chiasso (Switzerland) as well Dariusz Lapinksi, SLO coordinator at the Polish Football Association.
